Call Performance One® Prepaid Mastercard Services toll-free at 800-243-3034 immediately. Lost or stolen cards can be reported 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your card account will be cancelled and a new Performance One® Prepaid Mastercard issued. It is important that you report a lost or stolen Performance One® Prepaid Mastercard promptly. Until you call to report the incident anyone who has your Performance One® Prepaid Mastercard can use it. You will receive a new Performance One® Prepaid Mastercard in the mail within seven to ten business days. A service fee will apply. Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee.
